Awesome Woodys Shipping policy

We aim to processed orders within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. If you have selected a custom order option, there may be an additional 1-2 day delay while we prepare your order.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer simple flat rate shipping to Australia and Internationally. Regarding delivery times:

Australia: 3 - 7 days, depending on the region.

International: Up to 30 days, depending on the country.

We offer international shipping to right across the globe. If you have any concerns, please reach out and message us. info@awesomewoodys.com . Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

Awesome Woodys Pty Ltd is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

We pride ourselves on prompt dispatch. It is the customers responsibility to track and be in a position to receive their order. Shipping company's and postal services will only hold unclaimed packages for a short term before returning to sender.
