Domestic Shipping

If you're buying within Australia and your order is over $99AUD, shipping is absolutely free*. We work with Australia Post and a number of different courier services to ensure that your gear gets to you quickly. In almost all cases, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow progress.

Shipping within Australia typically takes 3-7 days, depending on the region.

International Shipping
We deliver worldwide. If you've spent more than $300 AUD in our online store, we'll send you your order for free*. Of course, International delivery times will vary depending on country and the shipping option you select during checkout. You can expect your order to arrive within 30 days.

A tracking number will be provided for "International Standard Air" and "International Express Air" options. If you'd like to have a rough estimate of the delivery date contact us via email or send us a Facebook message and we'll give you our best answer. In most cases, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can follow progress.

International Import Duty & Taxes
Orders shipped outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. In some cases, additional charges will be required for customs clearance and these must be fulfilled by the customer; We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Please check and comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country before making your purchase.

You can return any item free of charge and claim a full refund within 30 days of purchase**, as long as it is as new, undamaged, and in its original packaging.  Simply contact us via email or send us a Facebook message and we'll organise everything with you.


1-Year Warranty

Your Woodys training tool is covered by a 1-year warranty from date of purchase, that covers your equipment from any defects or breakages that have occurred from normal use of our equipment in alignment with the instructions provided. This warranty doesn't cover if you dropped your hang board down a ravine ... but if your training equipment has a defect or isn't working as you believe it should, please get in touch and we will sort this out for you.

If there are any issues with the delivery of your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After you've made your purchase, our priority is to ensure that your awesome new gear arrives quickly and safely.
